Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms govern access to and use of Acctora (the “Service”). Acctora is a trading name of Griffin Services Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09775705 (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation. Contact: hello@acctora.com.
2. The Service
Acctora turns invoices, credit and debit notes into evidence-linked review queues, separating extraction, validation, and accounting judgement. The Service is provided on an evolving basis and features may change.
3. Accounts & access
Access is currently provided on an invite-only basis. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must not share access or attempt to access other organisations’ data.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Only upload documents you are authorised to process.
- Do not use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.
5. Your data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, where we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement. You retain ownership of the documents and data you upload. We retain your records for as long as your account is open and do not auto-delete them; your data is erased when you close your account or on your explicit request (see our Privacy Policy).
6. Availability & warranties
During early access the Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and may be unavailable or change without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Changes & termination
We may update these terms or suspend access where reasonably necessary; material changes will be posted here with a revised date.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
